When you find a coach you'd like to work with, you can submit a booking request through their profile. The coach will confirm the session, and you'll arrange payment directly with them. We're working on integrating a secure payment system in the future.
Yes, you can manage your bookings through your dashboard. Please note that each coach may have their own cancellation policy, which should be discussed during your initial consultation.
